Successful Webinar on Fruit Crops by Plant Physiology

A webinar was held by Plant Physiology on July 12th to celebrate a successful special issue focusing on fruit crops. Dr. Dechang Cao contributed to the webinar by acting the moderator.
Three authors contributing to the special issue, Christiana, Jin Su, and Erica D’Inca shared wonderful stories about their new findings in the webinar. Extensive discussion was inspired by the presentations. Many interesting questions have been discussed about various aspects of fruit crops, such as cultivation techniques, breeding strategies, fruit maturation and senescence, to help improve our fruit quality in the future.
The webinar provided an excellent platform for researchers, experts, and enthusiasts to get together and to exchange knowledge, advancements, and insights in the field of plant biology.
The webinar was supported by the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB). One of the guest editors, Prof. Richard Espley served as the host.
