Prof. Susan Trumbore and Dr. Jianbei Huang from the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry visited our burned plots in Lijiang on Nov. 8, 2023. They are the first oversea visitors to our burned plots. We had a good discussion about post-fire plant regeneration and the use of fire in land management.
