We have set up a screening platform including cell-based assays, target-based assays and the animal model. With these assays, we detected the preliminary anti- tumor activity of more than 10000 drugs.

　　We have screened inhibitors of tumorigenesis related signaling pathway from natural compounds, including WNT, mTOR pathways etc. A couple of potent molecules were evaluated the activity towards tumor growth, metastasis, cancer stem cell, tumor immunology and so on.

　　We carried out comprehensive pharmacology and chemical biology study of active compounds. Together with the in vivo experiments, we evaluated the anticancer potential of certain compounds.

　　As a public technology platform, our lab also offers anticancer drug screening and preclinical pharmacological evaluation services to universities, research institutions and pharmaceutical companies.
