The major research of my group is screening, pharmacology and chemical biology research of new anti-cancer natural compounds, and evaluating the in vivo activity with animal model. We are focused our research and drug discovery on certain signaling pathways which are closely related with tumorigenesis, such as WNT pathway in colon tumor and mTOR pathway in breast tumor. We are aiming to find anti-tumor lead compounds and novel potential drug targets for cancer therapy.
